Striking hand-carved wooden sculpture featuring three intertwined stylized human figures. It has a dark stained finish with a really nice sculptural look that works well as shelf, table, or office decor. The piece appears to be an African-inspired modernist/folk art carving, possibly Makonde-style, with visible hand-carved detail throughout.
Condition is good overall. There’s light to moderate finish wear and some rub-through on edges/high points, plus wear on the underside from display. You can also see hand-carving marks and uneven surfaces, which appear to be part of the original handmade character rather than damage. No major breaks or repairs are visible, though there may be a few small edge nicks and minor scuffs. It appears structurally intact in the photos, but I can’t confirm any hidden cracks underneath.
