Vintage copy of Treasures of the Shore: A Beachcomber's Botany by Marcia Gaylord Norman and Harriet Weed Hubbell, second printing from April 1964. A nice early printing for anyone who enjoys coastal nature, botany, or regional natural history.
This is a hardcover vintage book in fair condition. The boards show heavy toning and age discoloration, with scattered stains/spotting, edge wear, and noticeable rubbing along the spine. There’s color loss and fraying at the top and bottom of the spine, plus a green pen or inventory mark on the front cover and some additional scuffs/abrasions. Inside, the pages shown appear generally clean and legible with expected age toning and no major tears visible in the photos.
Included is the book shown in the photos: Treasures of the Shore: A Beachcomber's Botany (Second Printing, April 1964). Dust jacket, inscriptions, odor, looseness, and full page completeness could not be verified from photos alone, so please keep that in mind.
A solid, affordable vintage reading or display copy. Message me if you want it before it’s gone.
