Unsigned Studio Pottery Vase/Tumbler Orange Glaze Good Condition - As Is - 5.25”h x 4”w

$22.95

Nice handmade studio pottery piece with a warm orange exterior and glossy red-orange glazed interior. It has a simple cylindrical hand-thrown shape, so it works well as a small vase, tumbler, utensil holder, or little planter cachepot.

Details:

- Unsigned / unidentified studio pottery

- Stoneware or ceramic construction

- Wheel-thrown with visible throwing rings

- Matte-to-satin orange exterior

- Glossy glazed interior

- No readable maker's mark; three blue dots on the base

- Likely late 20th century to contemporary

Condition is overall good vintage/used condition. No obvious major cracks or large chips are visible in the photos. There is light wear and minor roughness on the rim, some glaze variation, dark specks, and small cosmetic marks from age/use. The unglazed foot ring shows light shelf wear. As expected with handmade pottery, there are small pinholes and kiln irregularities. There is also a small blemish/chip-like spot on the underside edge. One vertical line on the exterior looks superficial from the photos, but it should be looked over closely to confirm it is not a hairline.

You’ll receive the pottery vase/tumbler shown in the photos. If you like handmade ceramics with character, this is a great little piece to grab.
